Ya she was on some HBO show a while back that only lasted a season and got canceled. I can't remember the name of it. But anyway she had some sex scenes in it. It was back during Season 3 of LOST. I know there will be a lot of haters out there but Penny has the nicest body on the show by far. Not only is she stacked up top, but has an amazing ass!

SWEET! Watching Ben teach European History got me pumped, thats how good this show is. I'm really enjoying the flash sideways, it's the closest we've come character development wise since season 1. I've been a fan more of the characters then the crazy island plot personally.

Let's see if I can recount the important stuff from this week's episode:

- Alpert is originally from the black rock. According to him, he was touched by Jacob and that "means you are special." He cannot kill himself. Jack, too, apparently cannot kill himself.

We are then led to believe that Kate, Sayid, Locke, Sawyer, Hurley and Jin & Sun cannot kill themselves either.

- Miles found the diamonds from Nikki & Paulo's grave

- Ben & Ilana had a bonding moment over thoughts of loss on the island (Alex & Jacob, respectively)

- Jack, Hurley & Alpert are back on the beach with Ilana, Sun, Frank, Miles and Ben

- SmokeyLocke made an appearance near the beach to try and talk Ben into killing Ilana and running away to the second island with Locke and his followers (that include Jin, Sawyer, Kate and Claire). Ben ended up returning to the beach and did not kill Ilana.

- In the flash sideways, Dr. Linus had an opportunity to screw over student Alex Rousseau but decided to sacrifice himself for her (metaphorically).

- Episode ended with a submarine off the coast of the beach. Widmore was on it and told the driver when asked if they should stop after they saw Ilana's group, said "No, continue on course."

was for sure a redemption episode for him. both times he had the option of power which he always wanted and both times he gave it up. Jack has become the leader of the island he knows he needs information from richard and given that he knew jacob touched him and richard said he couldnt kill himself since he was touched by jacob , jack becomes the man of faith and bets that he cant kill himself or richard with the dynamite.

Great episode.
I've been watching those enhanced versions before the new ones every week.
They're fun to watch because they pick up stuff that's easy to forget from previous seasons.

I think the final season has been pretty damn good so far.

One big thing that you guys aren't discussing is when Ben's Dad said "That's why I signed up for that Dharma initiative.....imagine how your life would've been if we had stayed"

So did they get off the island before the bomb went off? Which would mean that Sayid never shot young Ben?
