LOL at asking that at football practice. Do you have anyone just admit to being nothing but a people person?


"What exactly is it you DO here?"

"I take the plays to the quarterback!"

"But can't the coach just do that?"

"I deal with the QUARTERBACKS, so the COACH doesn't have to, that's what I do, I'm a people person!"

Yea, pretty similar. Usually the coaches just jab at each other when we get bored during practice. One of the best was in the middle of the game, we were up by 30 late in the 4th and we gave up a junk touchdown. I'm on the headset, and right to the head coach (who calls the defense) and go "What exactly is it you do here?" without missing a beat, he goes "I'm gonna need you to come in tomorrow...and I'm going to go ahead and need you to come in on Sunday too.....great"...followed with my response "ooo, I can't. I have a meeting with the Bobs tomorrow"
