Two things were going through my mind when Gus was puting his suit on.
1: Is he planning on finishing the cook with the kid? If so, I was expecting the cook to come out at less than 99%.
2: Somebody is going to die. I was leaning toward him killing the kid for obvious reasons.
I think he knew he was going to kill the kid when he walked into the room. I didn't hear walk say anything that would have changed Gus' mind, nor did I see any moment when Gus raised an eyebrow, or showed in some way that Walt changed his mind. So I think he knew he was going to kill the kid. I think Gus found out the kid was seen at the crime scene.
It was the biggest point I think was made early, when the kid told Mike he was noticed at the crime scene, but not to worry because he was just another lookie lou. I think Gus knew who he had to kill, and it didn't make him happy.
