Gus was putting on his suit, and taking off his blazer I was on the edge of my seat.

The thing is, I already knew he wasn't going to kill Jesse or Walt , so it was obvious he was going to kill the guy supposed to be protecting Gale. Sure the way he killed him was shocking, but the death itself was predictable.

The thing is, I already knew he wasn't going to kill Jesse or Walt , so it was obvious he was going to kill the guy supposed to be protecting Gale. Sure the way he killed him was shocking, but the death itself was predictable.

 

There was always the possibility that he had intentions of killing Walt or Jesse and then something stopped him, or perhaps he just wanted to scare them and came in to cut up Jesse a little bit to show him who is boss. Regardless, I was nervous and the ruthlessness of Gus and the reality that he might be a business man, but he is also a cold blooded criminal sets the tone for what looks to be a really dark season. I'm ready, but hoping it keeps it's light moments that made me laugh/get excited.

that entire fucking scene with Gus was so badass. just an incredible piece of television work. Giancarlo Esposito is a revelation to watch. Walt just rambles away and Gus calmly walks over and puts a suit on... very orderly, quietly, and im thinking to myself, is he going to have them teach him the formula? and then when Gus pops the box knife... i'm thinking it's time for another round of "Jesse's face get's really fucked up". and the sheer brutality of the kill was fucking incredible. could Gus be anymore badass? easily the best tv evil guy since Marlo Stanfield.
