The Fighter Definitely exceeded my expectations. As someone who thinks the Rocky films are utter shite, I was hesitant to see this. The obnoxious Masshole white trash thing was a bit much, and some of the satellite characters -- the sisters mainly -- were impossible to like and a bit cartoonish and two-dimensional, but overall this was a satisfying watch. Marky Mark was solid, Christian Bale was great and Amy Adams was incredible. I want to marry her someday and make her my palefaced queen.
On the Waterfront THE BEST FUCKING MOVIE. I had seen all the famous scenes from this, but I had never seen the entire runtime. Brando of course has that unparalleled swag and screen presence, but the entire cast was equally good. Every frame of this movie is perfect.
*clears throat* ....Fuck you!
Anyways. Saw Warrior yesterday 7.5/10. Good fighting movie with a great ending.Comment

Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me seemed to be a bit of a mess all-around. After watching the entire series it's disappointing that they weren't able to give it an actual fitting conclusion at all. After a bit of reading a ton of scenes were cut from the film because of length, not to mention that the vast majority of the cast from the show was absent from the film. It just didn't have the overall feel that made me like Twin Peaks so much.Comment

Fuck it. It was a fun movie and I don't care if they don't kill some indigenous villagers with military weaponry/10.Comment

I just finishes watching "Drive" with Ryan Gosling. Uhhh movie was pretty cool and very dark. It kind of had an eighties action thriller movie feel to it. Thumbs up.Comment
