        Just saw Drive, good stuff.

        Coincidence? I think not...

I watched a fairly good portion of Ichi the Killer and just don't feel like finishing it. I didn't like the other Takashi Miike picture I saw either, Audition, but I still definitely plan on watching 13 Assassins since it seems much different.

          Robocop 2 is a disgrace.

District B13 is one of my favorite modern French films and may have my favorite non-SFX action sequences ever.

watched Bad Teacher and Black Swan last night.

Bad Teacher was forgettable and Black Swan was pretty decent.

I saw Drive, Gosling did a great job with the whole awkward sociopath thing. Really got the Travis Bickle vibe throughout.

Houston what movie is the first picture you posted?

It's on that movies list you have, I watched it about a month ago.

The main character from this movie is about as close as you'll get to the guy from Drive. The only difference is the way they kill. The samorai guy likes to handle things subtly, while the guy from Drive likes to handle them Travis Bickle style.

Also I just noticed Ryan Gosling didn't have a name in the movie.

I thought that was a nice touch for a while but when Cranston kept calling him "the kid" incessantly it became a bit too obvious.

Miike is a love im or hate im type. I'm in the love im camp so I'm big on both of those movies.

I actually like Robocop 2 also. Good dumb fun. #3 on the other hand is completely atrocious.

Saw 50/50 last night.........JGL is turning into an incredible actor, Bryce Dallas-Howard is so friggin hot in this movie, its not even funny and Seth Rogen's finest work. Anjelica Huston is in this movie as well, and if you know her career, she delivers yet again. Movie touches on some solid emotions when dealing with a friend who has cancer and is outrageously hillarious in between those points.

Definitely recommend watching this and probably taking a date with you, major brownie pts to show off your sensitive side.

It had a pretty good Brian's Song like affect on the audience I thought.

The theater was packed when I saw it and in an effort to contain myself, I looked around the crowd. Lots of grown men crying. Three things in particular got me -

The car scene where JGL kicked Seth Rogen out, called Anna Kendrick and did his yelling fit

When JGL found Seth Rogen's cancer book with a ton of notes in it

In the hospital with JGL and Anjelica Huston
