    Five stars.
Looks like Fassbender is fairly well known, but does a lot of stuff I would never watch (300, Inglorious Bastards, XMen, Prometheus) which would explain why I never heard of him.

His part in Inglorious Bastards was really good.

        So is this....

He did another good movie with the same director of Shame called "Hunger" but it's not a easy recommendation based on liking Shame because they're not very similar. Especially if you're dealing with someone who doesn't like a lot of movies

Watched Die Hard 5, what a piece of shit. You'd think they could just revisit the formula from the first 2 films instead we get this crap. It never felt like anything was at stake in this film boring nonexistent villain with boring protagonist. And what was up with the grey/greenish filter that was used in this film?

I'll never be able to look at True Romance or Reservoir Dogs the same again. Very interesting...

I just watched Evil Dead (reboot).

Was hoping for a Ash cameo but not a bad movie at all. Very gory and i love gore but some of the scenes in the movie made me cringe.

The Call - I'll keep it real...for about an hour or so, this movie is pretty good for a Date Night / Friday Night type of flick. The last 20 minutes or so kills what is otherwise, a really solid flick, knocking it down a few pegs.

Been on a Korean revenge kick, re-watching all my favorites on Netflix streaming:

                    Oldboy (2003) - 9.5/10

After being kidnapped and imprisoned for 15 years, Oh Dae-Su is released, only to find that he must find his captor in 5 days.

                    The Chaser (2008) - 8/10 (7.9 IMDB, 82% RT)

Joong-ho is a dirty detective turned pimp in financial trouble as several of his girls have recently disappeared without clearing their debts. While trying to track them down, he finds a clue that the vanished girls were all called up by a same client whom one of his girls is meeting with right now.

                    The Man from Nowhere (2010) - 8.5/10 (7.8 IMDB, 94% RT)

A quiet pawnshop keeper with a violent past takes on a drug- and organ trafficking ring in hope of saving the child who is his only friend.

                    I Saw the Devil (2011) - 9/10 (7.8 IMDB, 80% RT)

When his pregnant fiancee becomes the latest victim of a serial killer, a secret agent blurs the line between good and evil in his pursuit of revenge.

I watched a Lewis Black standup for the first time last night on Netflix. It was actually pretty good. He's not hilarious but his deliverance and unique style are good.

Only 30 minutes left in Prometheus and I can tell an absolute clusterfuck is coming on. Nothing has really happened so far so they either have to squeeze it all into this last bit or else nothing continues...

Also, why is this so similar to Alien?
