Dude looks short as hell for the man that will end Batman!

But the good news is he looks a lot less like the Pussy he played in Inception.... I mean for reals if a skinny JGL isnt scared of you....

No and no. Bane won't kill Batman, and I don't think he'll break his back. But he'll beat the shit out of him and break him mentally, that's for sure. We don't even know if JGL is playing a "pro-Batman" cop yet, but there's no way someone replaces Bruce Wayne.

As for Hardy's height, it's all camera tricks.

yea, great movie, he would have made an excellent Joker, the scene where he plays himself and the doctor with makeup, great scene, probably my favorite, also loved all the scenes where he was fighting off people, but just wish hed wear some underwear or something, lol

Plus, I think i read somewhere that there would be some CG help with Bane, to make him appear bigger, but dont remember where it was

According to The Times of India, The Dark Knight Rises will begin filming on May 6th in India, they'll be shooting on location for two days there. The article notes that Christian Bale will be there, but doesn't mention any other actors. I would have guessed that the India shoot would involve young Ra's flashbacks, or a Bane prison break, but maybe not. Maybe Bruce will be going there to heal a broken back. This is where they're shooting, Mehrangarh Fort!

The 'Inception' director will be shooting 'The Dark Knight Rises' at the Mehrangar fort on May 6 and May 7 Think "Memento". Think " Inception". Think "The Dark Knight Rises". Well, the name that comes to mind is director Christopher Nolan. And guess what? The director will be in Jodhpur to shoot "The Dark Knight Rises" with none other than Christian Bale. However, no other Hollywood actors from the film will be part of this shooting schedule in India. Incidentally, Nolan had come down to India in December to scout for locations in Jodhpur. That was when he chose to shoot in Jodhpur's Mehrangar Fort. The main crew will start arriving from May 1. Christian Bale is expected to arrive in India on May 4 or May 5. Though permissions have been sought for shooting the film for the whole of May, the unit will shoot in India for only two days – May 6 and May 7. Incidentally, hotels in Jaipur and Jodhpur have been booked for the crew. Says a source, "Nolan had scouted locations in both Jodhpur and Jaipur. But, he fell in love with Jodhpur and decided to return to film here. They are coming with a very small unit of around 15 people and will be shooting here for two days. There are no Bollywood actors being cast in the movie. But, local actors and crew members might be roped in. The unit wants to use the beautiful fort as the background for the movie. However, nothing is known yet whether Jodhpur will feature as an Indian city in the movie or not." The Hollywood team will be coming down from the US and will be touching base in Delhi before flying out to Jaipur and subsequently to Jodhpur.

Also, note that the article mentions that Nolan wanted to film in India for all of May, but he could only get two days. I assume this means that they'll be filming exterior shots with Bale for the two days. Interior shots will be done on a sound stage then. At least that's my guess. Expect to see the outside of the palace in TDKR, but not the inside of the palace.
