Nice link. I shutter to think what might happen to this current Batman 'chise without Nolan. Somebody might wanna put a bullet in Joel Shumacher, just in case. j/k.
Do we really need a "Green Arrow" or a "Lobo" or a "Y: The Last Man" movie? On the other hand, if they ever did make a Wonder Woman movie starring Jessica Biel, I might camp out in front of the theater the night before it opens.

Green Arrow: Escape from Supermax sounds like a bad ass movie. David Goyer is leading the project so you know it will be good.
I'm worrying that DC and Marvel are going to over saturate the market for comic book movies. Marvel alone will put out 6-8 new movies in the next three years if all goes to plan. I'll stick to Batman, thank you very much.
Also there were rumors a few months ago, that WB already has a short list of directors they'd want in case Nolan is done.

Maybe, I've just never been much of a Green Arrow fan (or Marvel's version, Hawkeye, for that matter). If I want to see an archer who's a superhero, I'll watch Robin Hood. Then again, knowing me I'll probably watch it anyway.
And the market is almost over saturated with comic book and/or superhero movies already. Without counting, I'm pretty sure Marvel's put out 6-8 movies over the last three years.
Let's see:
Spiderman 3
Ghost Rider
The Incredible Hulk
FF: Rise of the Silver Surfer
Iron Man
X-Men: The Last Stand
X-Men Origins: Wolverine
Punisher: War Zone

...that's 8 & I feel like I'm missing some.
True, and how many of those Marvel movies were worth a damn? Ironman was decent, the rest weren't worth the price of admission!
Oh well, as long as WB keeps making Batman movies, I don't give a shit about the rest.
I really do want to see Supermax though. I've never read a Green Arrow comic in my life, but the script reviews from a year or two ago were very positive; and you really can't go wrong with Goyer directing.

SuperMax sound like the SHIT if done right!
Smallville has Green Arrow in it and it works out pretty well, but he's basically a poor man's version of Batman.

I'm eager to actually see the Y: The Last Man movie actually. Just recently read through the entire series about 3 months ago, loved it.
I said we'd know by February, looks like I was right:
There’s some scuttlebutt that in early 2010, Warner Bros. and Chris Nolan will finalize the plan for BATMAN 3, according to a solid and longtime BOF source. Whether there will be an announcement or not remains to be seen.
Our guy told BOF that in his opinion, the longer we don’t here a Nolan/B3 announcement in 2010, the less likely it is that the director will return. (I don’t know if I necessarily agree with that since I’m of the belief that Chris has already signed on.)
The wildcard here in my opinion is INCEPTION. Will Warner Bros. want to announce B3 before, during, or after the marketing/publicity blitz for that film? I say if Mr. Nolan is returning (and I think that’s a definite), they might as well go ahead and make the announcement in early 2010. Nolan’s going to get peppered with B3 questions either way while he’s out doing press for INCEPTION anyway, so I don’t see any sense in keeping it a secret.
Regardless, our source also confirmed the obvious -- there’s going to be a BATMAN 3 with or without Nolan. And although they’re operating under the assumption that he will return, they do have their ducks in a row -- just in case.
Here's hoping that we do indeed get a "Nolan is returning for BATMAN 3" announcement early next year.
In more relevant news: Hans Zimmer had the following to say about Batman 3:
* He’s been meeting with Chris Nolan of late since he’s doing the soundtrack for INCEPTION. It seems there’s also been some talk about B3 between them as well.
* He said that he wanted the music for HOLMES to be very much NOT like THE DARK KNIGHT. Why? “Because there’s probably going to be another one…[and] you want to protect your franchise.â€
