He's on this page of the thread three times, but I guess it's to be expected. It was awful listening to him on the MLBN morning show during the winter meetings.

Harold Reynolds suggested that the Angels should trade Peter Bourjos for Matt Garza on MLB Tonight.

Kevin Millar just said on intentional talk that he thought Boston had the best rotation in the AL East.

A few days ago Harold Reynolds was talking about how Josh Hamilton makes the Angels the best defensive team in baseball in addition to the best lineup.

Dan Plesac and Bill Ripken are on MLB Tonight doing power rankings. Neither of them had the Dodgers in their top five, but both had the Angels. :greinke:

SF, DET and TOR are guaranteed at the top. Then you have WAS, LAA, CIN and LAD filling out the next group in whatever order.

Close the thread, that is absolutely retarded.

I found this comment on another forum:
I hope the Angels dont get Lohse. They are already an excellent team. I think that it would make the AL west unbalanced . Teams with an unfair advantage shouldnt exist in baseball or in any other sport for that matter IMO.

There is currently an argument happening on my Facebook feed about why Jason Heyward should not bat 2nd. Someone actually said:

"If he goes back to hitting more doubles then maybe, but he's too much of a power hitter right now"

This reminds me of a text poll during a Reds game a couple of years ago:

What is the best way for a lead off hitter to start an inning?

                            A. Walk
                            B. Single
                            C. Double
                            D. Home Run

Reds veteran analyst Chris Welsh went nuts. I'll paraphrase: "Who came up with this question? Whoever it was, fire him. I mean, how stupid is this? If you answer anything other than D, please turn off the game and watch something else."

" Harper & Werth will never change fields because Harper is left hander (so glove is close to left field foul line) and Werth is right handed (so glove is close to right field foul line)."
