    I am loving this season.

Everytime we get another win, it reminds me of the dark years during the 2000's and just how sweet it is to finally be doing this well.

Now on pace for 100 wins, and winning games without Votto & Phillips.

This is the best run of baseball i've ever seen from this team. Better than the 9-0 start in 1990, better than the '95 team, better than the '99 team, better than the come from behind antics in '10. This is probably the best Reds team in my lifetime, period.

Dusty finally doesn't bat catcher 8th...catcher is Dioner Navarro.

Did this team give up losing? Cardinals are on a very nice run lately and continue to lose ground. Since you guys don't need Votto, you can trade him to the Cardinals please.

It has to be frustrating, I think the Cards have gone something like 12-3 and lost ground in the race.

Reds have won 24 out of 26, 16 out of 17, and 6 in a row.

Actually, I screwed that up, it's 22 out of 25, 15 out of 16, and 5 in a row. Close enough.

Every game this team continues to amaze me. Right after we get a defensive GEM from old man Miguel Cairo to end the inning, Scott fucking Rolen hits a leadoff triple and scores the go ahead run. It's someone different every night and we are doing this without Votto and Phillips [of late]. Really a treat to watch.

I got into a deep discussion with some random guy at the bar tonight about how awesome this team is. He was 35 and kept saying this team is bringing him back to memories of the good ol' days.

If the #Reds play .500 rest of season then #Pirates would have to go 30-19 and #Cards 31-17 to catch them!

Impressive how they've won without Votto. Makes you wonder
The king was shaken. He went up to the room over the gateway and wept.
As he went, he said: "O my son Absalom! My son, my son Absalom!
If only I had died instead of you
O Absalom, my son, my son!"

Team is playing some good baseball. It's funny how earlier in this year I was wanting Rolen to get hurt so Frazier would play full time. Now that Votto is out, I want Rolen to get healthy so the likes of Wilson Valdez and Miguel Cairo don't have to start.

I'm torn on Cairo. He plays really hard and gives you surprisingly good defense at three positions. He can still run, with a good SB rate and the hustle double today. He's a nice guy and everybody loves him. But...

                                No Rolen again.

DL the guy ffs, he hasn't played in like 5 games, retro DL his ass and get a healthy body up here, even if it's a pitcher, I don't care. Why play with 24 every night? Reds are going to get burned with an extra inning game if they keep fucking around.
