Also among the evidence collected by the New Times was a note from Bosch congratulating Melky Cabrera on his All-Star Game MVP award. Bosch wrote, “This smells like the ‘Braun’ advantage.”
Seriously, the Calcaterra's & Sheehan's & Law's of the world who constitution hug, jump through hoops to defend these guys, and play the contrarian role can get fucked. Way too much smoke surrounding Braun for ther to be no fire.

Ryan Braun cheated. Anybody who thinks otherwise is either incredibly naive, beyond ignorant, or doing a gimmick for attention.

Oh Braun you silly jew, I think its time for the old "no comment" from now on. These lies are piling up, we all know you juice.

Document obtained by "Outside the Lines" suggests a closer link to Anthony Bosch and the now-shuttered clinic he ran in Coral Gables, Fla., than Ryan Braun has acknowledged.

How Braun hasn't been suspended yet is beyond amazing.

Why? They need proof that he took PED's. His name on a piece of paper with numbers next to them isn't enough evidence to suspend him.

Quit being an ignorant homer. It's obvious Braun has been up to no good. Even his lies are looking worse and worse as of late.

Yes, but there is a difference between it being obvious that Braun took steroids, and MLB being able to suspend him. And only one of those two things really matter.

MLBs investigation isn't over and all they need go prove is a player purchased a banned substance and they can be suspended for a non-analytical positive.

They have proof. He failed a test.

Is it too late to retroactively name Matt Kemp the 2011 MVP?

They actually only need proof he purchased them. That alone is an actionable offense per the drug policy which was collectively bargained and agreed upon by the player's union.

Sadly, reports are saying it's hard to suspend this way.

How so? They've suspended players in the past for purchasing banned substances. If their investigation proves that, seems pretty simple.

I watched a video, forget where, saying it was extremely unlikely he will be suspended from this because so much has to be done to do so. I'll post it if I can find it later.
