        Rest day for Jennings?

10 teams in baseball have fewer errors, combined, than Ian Desmond
The king was shaken. He went up to the room over the gateway and wept.
As he went, he said: "O my son Absalom! My son, my son Absalom!
If only I had died instead of you
O Absalom, my son, my son!"

Bedard making that start after graciously going down to Durham. Dude could've opted out, but, decided to stay. Glad he did with all the injuries.

Harang has 120 pitches, no hitter after 7. Freeman just gave him a 3-0 lead.

James Loney with 4 RBIs tonight including driving in the tying and go-ahead runs.

Red Sox continue to get the short end of the stick on instant replays so far, but at least there is a system in place to at least look at the play. Markakis' double was foul though, and I am not sure how it wasn't overturned. I don't even think it could be considered inconclusive.

the process foe replay is a joke right now but even more of a joke is how most catchers are still blocking the plate and getting away with it. I'm waiting for the first guy to just blow up a catcher since he is blocking the plate.

They took out the most exciting play in baseball and it sucks lol

I always thought that walk offs, clutch home runs, and pressure-cooker strikeouts were more exciting than home plate collisions.
