Just 3 games but damn, they seem to be playing like they're having fun again. They just plain owned Indiana for 7 of the 8 quarters they've played the past 48 hours. On defense, they have a pulse. Amar'e has shown some fire, Melo is playing team ball, Lin is finding success again and the bench is playing outstanding.

I doubt this lasts but they have potential to play well. Woodson needs to keep his pimphand strong tho.

Aside from that, I know he brought over 3 assistants to the staff. One in particular, asked the Kings to be let go so he could join the Knicks staff and they said okay. Now that's some major loyalty, leaving (what I assume is) a secure job o join Woodson when he may only be the coach for 4-6 weeks.

It's nice to finally see a Knick coach hold players accountable when they slip up on defense.

        This....

Something D'Antoni never did.....Woodson ripped Fields a new one....lol @ Fields trying to plead his case at first then realizing Woodson wasn't trying hear it and just walked back to the bench, head down

Somebody needed to yell at Fields, he's been a shell of his former self this year

Also was pleased to see Woodson take knucklehead Smith to task for the dumb shit late...that's twice now he's showboated in a blowout....

Knicks are 22-24 with 20 games left.

Behind Philly by 4 games (they play tonight) in the division.

This team is ridiculous. Woodson is doing a tremendous job holding everyone accountable (there's that word again) and really turning this around, but that doesn't change the fact that as bad as D'Antoni was, this team straight up quit.

It'll be interesting to see what happens next time their backs are against the wall. They did not really play all that well last night.

How much better do u want them to play? Balanced scoring, had more steals then turnovers and everybody contributed. Looks like they r having fun playing now.

They were pretty sloppy until the 4th quarter. Toronto had no business being in that game by halftime. They can't play like that against Philly and expect to win.

Toronto is a pretty decent Defensive team, they have also improved through the season so it shouldn't be a shock they they hung on for so long in last nights game.

Now we play the top defense in the league and it will be interesting to see how we play

As much as I like Landry, it was good to see him get ripped a new one. Still a huge fan of his, hope we lock him up for a while.

From the parts I watched, it was a pretty good game.

5 straight wins, not bad at all.

I noticed Melo's scoring and attempts are way down in this win streak. I find that interesting.

As Clyde would say, Knicks played with grit. A tough, grind-it-out win. Raptors, Pistons & a crucial game against the Bucks Monday night.

Like they were during most of D'Antoni the asshole's win streaks too.

They're committed to playing defense, the amount of shot attempts become irrelevant when this team D's up......Melo and Iggy basically canceled each other out they was going so hard at one another.....Melo's doing other things on the court besides scoring, dude is so talented which I guess was one of the things that frustrated D'Antoni because he couldn't get Melo to bring all his talents out.....

Anyone notice in the game against the Raptors, Chandler got down and slapped the floor with his hands, imploring everyone to D up?

I fucking loved it......I remember few teams wanted to come into the Garden when Oak and Ewing ran shit....if we are truly getting back to that, then Woodson will lose that interim tag before long

And I've warmed to knucklehead J.R. Smith....he's a loose cannon, but if I had room in my heart for that knucklehead John Starks, I can surely welcome Smith.....every team with championship aspirations has one on their team

Fed, I know you like him, but if Pringles was Chicago's coach, you & First Timer would be as frustrated as we were in NY. No way the Bulls play that hellafied defense with Pringles. I'm not saying Carmelo's blameless, but Antoni's stubbornness and failure to play to his team's strengths is what got him the boot. Be thankful for Thibodeau. I'm happy with Woodson. Last night gave me 90s flashbacks, lol.
