Amare pulling through and Novak wakes up. Good show and something like their first win in Cleveland in a dozen times or something like that.

Tough loss to the Thunder. I would've gotten the ball down low to Amar'e first. If nothing's there, then kick it out to J.R. Knicks better win tonight before they go to the west coast.

          Amares knees man.

Don't expect him to return unless the Knicks can win a playoff series.

            6 weeks

and not sure what word is with Melo..........i heard that he might not have traveled for this 5 game road trip; which = bad news.
3rd & 14, inside your own 15, up 6, 3:20min left to go = call a PA Pass and Cancel. *its Legit, so no needless complaining

Knicks will be lucky to get one win on this road trip. Could get ugly in Denver tonight.

This west coast trip could be the downfall of the season, chemistry wise. Might fall down to the 4th seed and with Chandler now getting hurt might not bode well for the rest of the season and the playoffs.

Melo needs to sit out and rest, enough of this playing on one leg garbage.

so; 0-3 after crappy lineup in Portland last night
                    not winning @ Clippers.....not happening.
maybe we can get lucky in Utah??
                    doubtful but hopeful.

gives these guys some rest too and then finish season strong.

Is Carmelo playing tomorrow in LA? I hope not. Woodson has to put his foot down on this.

RIP to ex-Knick and Mt. Vernon native Ray Williams, younger brother of Gus 'the Wizard' Williams. He lost his battle with colon cancer. Dude was only in his 50s.

                                From Hahn...

J.R. Smith was getting frustrated early in the game against the Hawks and was especially annoyed by some physical play from Ivan Johnson through screens.

Smith was hit with a technical for retaliating after Johnson laid one too many hard hits on him.

That's when The Bodyguard stepped in for a firm chat with Johnson.

"I just let him know, 'Not here, not today'," Martin said.

Smith eventually was able to find his game and his 10 points in the fourth quarter was a major reason why the Knicks were able to win their 10th straight.

Martin, who has proudly worn the label of enforcer throughout his career, said he was just doing his job.

"I'm going to do that no matter who it is," he said. "I take up for my guys no matter what. We're a team here, no matter what."

That kind of spirit had been missing here since Charles Oakley and Patrick Ewing patrolled the paint.
Of course, Martin has a sore knee now, but still...
