10lbs of muscle is a very significant gain in muscle mass.

Haven't been in this thread in a while but I like how the Pacers offseason has gone so far. Scola is a huge upgrade over the talent-less Hansbrough. Watson is a solid back up PG and Copeland will see more playing time in Indy then he did in NY. He can really score. I'm excited.

It's not great but if you're the Pistons it's probably the best you can do at this point in time.

Its not like if they set the cap room aside there will be a line of marquee guys looking to play there.
