Since she is already involved with the management of the team, having her be able to buy him out for half of the value of the team would be a nice divorce settlement for her. She could bring in Magic and his investment group as co-ownersComment

"First off, I would like to thank the NBA for this $1 billion profit I am about to make. I would especially like to thank David Stern, without whom none of this would be possible. To the players and fans I've offended, you can kiss my pale white ass which I will be tanning in the bahamas later this week. To those in the media who've blown this story out of proportion, you're welcome for the food that is now on your table. To my ex wife, all of this is going into a swiss bank account, you won't see a dime. And finally, to my beautiful latina ex-lover, I hope you don't die of AIDs before the trial.
Thank you and god bless."Comment

"Divorce" settlement. They went out to dinner together last night, seems like they're really estranged.Comment

I don't think anybody believes that she really feels that he isn't a racist. She is married to him, she's probably a racist too but she wasn't implicated and stands to profit when he is forced to sell the team.Comment

"Racist Slumlord"
Seriously though...pretty impressed by Silver here. First move as the new commish and he boots a fuckin owner out of the league.

couple things from this.
1- I love how they show "his wife" but keep talking about his GF
2- if he gots this lifetime ban, does he have to pay the fine?
3- If "his" players and coach are so pissed by these comments and just wear black, why do they still take his moneyComment
