In '07 Favre went 13-3 and had one of if not the best statistical playoff game of his career against the Seahawks at home in the snow. Last year he looked just as good as '07 up until the shoulder injury in week 11. Hate him all you want but let's keep the record straight.

In the final 8 games, Favre had 15TD's 7INT's and threw for more than 1700 yards. I don't call that a 2nd half slump either.

Minny O-Line good run blocking, but sucked protecting the QB.

The Vikings won't be in the playoffs nor will they be serious contenders if they do make it. Brett Favre has sucked the latter half of the season for the last few years. He'll tank at some point in the season, but the good news about it they at least have AP to run ragged to keep them afloat. This is a lateral move at best. I definitely understand why Cris Carter was upset when he found out. It's a fucked up situation for the other QBs.

Part of me wonders if this latest bitch move by Favre was pushed forward because of Vick's signing in Philadelphia. Favre probably thought "wow if the dog killer is getting all this attention.. what can I get?!"

I kind of look at it like someone on the forums here has a successful chise but stops it because they dont feel like they can keep it up, then after a while they see another chise and say "that looks fun" and start it without really thinking of what the repurcusions are, that is Brett Favre's decision in VSN terms
