This just in from Ed Werder; his inside sources say that the video board stormed into Jason Garrett's office yesterday and demanded that it get the ball more.

The main issue shouldn't be whether or not Jerry Jones wants to move it, it should be that the NFL told him how high off the field it needed to be and he raised it an additional ten feet higher just to be safe. You guys act like the NFL said "put it 100 feet up there" and Jerry said "Hell no, I'm putting it at 50 feet, fuck you all, COWBOYS RULE! HOW BOUT DEM COWBOYS!!!!!"
I also don't care whether it has to be moved up or not, or removed for that matter, but from a business perspective I can agree with him for not wanting to move the scoreboard at all.
Back to the flat tire thing, Senser. It's more like Goodyear said to air your tires up to 35 PSI or they'll go flat. You air them up to 35 PSI and because you aired them up to 35 PSI they go flat. Do you say "Ah fuck it" and take the blame for it yourself, or do you bitch out Goodyear?

It's called being facetious. I'd have thought you of all people would understand that. I honestly don't believe any of that stuff will, or should be changed.
This scoreboard is really not as big a deal as people want to make it out to be. In fact, my position on it is more along the lines of just sticking a middle finger up. But, if that makes me a douchebag, I'll have to apologize for it.
But then again, if the biggest "controversy" surrounding this team this season is a fucking scoreboard, I'm gonna be a happy camper.
no, it is not called being facetious, it is called being a homer, homer.

Then the NFL should help him pay to move it higher then. Simple as that.
I hope the Cowboys make the playoffs, kick a punt and have it hit the scoreboard. Then when they redo the kick, I hope the other team returns it for a game winning touchdown.

Huh? I don't really care who said what. As of now, the scoreboard is too low. Move it higher. End of story.
At this point, Jerry Jones is blaming the punter and the NFL. Good for him....but move the scoreboard higher. It has nothing to do with 'business perspective'. Will Jerry's business perspective somehow raise the scoreboard?

Or do you keep driving with the flat tire, and when people ask you why you are driving on the flat tire, you say "Its not my fault. I put in 35 PSI like Goodyear said to do!"
I am in disbelief at how mentally insane the Cowboys fans are. I'm still not understanding what the issue is.

Like I said, I don't give a shit if a missile hits that fucking jumbo-tron and blows it to smithereens. However, everyone else is looking at it like it's the Cowboys fault for having that jumbo-tron there, when it's the NFL's fault. It's just another thing for people to hate on the Cowboys about.

I agree that originally it was the NFL's fault...but at this point its the Cowboys fault. Come on...blaming the punter for 'aiming at it'?
We all agree...the NFL messed up. But the bottom line is that the scoreboard needs to be moved.
