Off Topic: I like it organized. I'd rather have a thread for each game of the week and then an NFL Gameday thread that you are able to talk about games while they are happening.

On Topic: Seattle puts their cock in the Rams asshole for three and a half hours.

Man please stop bitching. Complaining about how pointless a thread is while posting in it multiple times and bumping it back to the top....lol.

Anyway Seattle about to come back in a big way this year.

Yeah Seattle is gonna take this on their way to possibly challenging Arizona for the division crown.

I actually enjoy having threads about each game and if people don't respond, then they don't respond. I'd still like to pitch in my comment and predictions on each game, regardless of it being St. Lois @ Seattle.

Its simple, these come out on the same day and if you don't give a shit about the game then don't even respond. Let the thread die and never come back, it really doesn't matter.

Besides this is week 1 and we have seen really shitty teams in recent past (Falcons, Dolphins, Cardinals, etc) come back and surprise the NFL world. So this may not be a sexy game week 1 but it may actually mean something come playoff time. That's the great thing about this league, you just never know.

Anyways back onto the original topic, I have Seattle taking this one. I'm very interested to see how Edge does in his return and how much play time they give him right away. Rams are improving but they are still a couple years away in my mind from making anything happen.

if in fact the rams line can come out and be healthy and steven jackson is feeling up to it i feel the rams can actually pull out a win

although with Adam Carriker out for the season and the defensive line in shambles unless the seahawks come out like last year and run us out I feel confident that the rams secondary led by Oj atogwe can handle the hawks.

              my homer prediction 13-10

what reality will probably be is 24-10
              RIP

At most it would be 16 threads out of 45.

It isn't too hard to just let the un-used threads fall to the bottom. I honestly believe all of them will be used. It isn't just for "during the game". If something happens like Mark Bulger takes a huge dump on the field, of course everybody will flock to it and post about it.

Since I started posting on forums, I've never seen a 1 thread for all of the NFL games. Once we get things situated, we may be putting these in a sub-forum depending how this trial run goes.
Bulger has been taking huge dumps on the field for the last two years.

                Trust me, no one cares.

Seattle is going to battle it out with the Cards until the very end. Seattle has a solid team this year. Hopefully Walter Jones and Marcus Trufant can come back and have solid seasons. TJ will help out a lot. All we need is either Julius or Edgerin to step it up. Next year we draft a safety and running back.

Seattle takes this one by more than 16. Seattles defense shines as they hold the Rams to a measly 10 points.

Edge hasn't been an above average player in several years, and Julius Jones hasn't lit the world on fire.

In fact, Seattle has struggled on the ground largely since Steve Hutchinson left.

The Rams have three edges in this game, ironically, two of which have been pushed as stregths for Seattle in this very thread---the run game, and the defensive backfield. OJ Atogwe, Ron Bartell, and James Buter are rising stars. Seattle just singed a starting Safety off the street, and PUP'd another.

The third edge, is the kicking game. Josh Brown is a very good K who just lacks opportunities, and Donnie f'n JOnes is the best P in the league, and you can make a reasonable argument he has been the best Rams player the last two years.

The rams defense will play good...but lose. Spags impact will be felt. Edge gets comeback player of the year......

LOL, I don't know about comeback player of the year but I think he will do just fine. Hopefully Milloy can step in relatively fast and improve our pass D.
