Poor Tennesee....everyone MUST be pissed down there. I hope the players don't committ crimes that are directed towards Lane and his family. They had enough players arrested as is.

Dont know if any kids would want to play for this tool in the future. He had, what, 3 jobs in 3 years? No stability. Might as well go down to westwood and play for Rick and company.

A lot of people hate Kiffin and rightfully so, but you have to admire his guts. The guy has proven that he isn't afraid to ruffle a few feathers and isn't intimidated by anyone, be it Al Davis or Urban Meyer.

A lot of people don't like that about him but the guy is doing what he wants to do and I can't blame him for it. He's gotta do what makes him happy and not just do what other people want him to do or think he should do.

He's putting himself first and foremost and that's what you gotta do if you want to be happy. He didn't plan this out, I don't think he wanted to leave Tennessee but the fact is that he is a west coast guy and not made for the south and it doesn't get any better than USC out west.

Guy is obviously a prick and has no problem with being an asshole but he knows how to coach and does what he wants to do and is a great recruiter. He will do well at USC as long as he doesn't let his players run wild.

His dad and Orgeron are going to make a huge difference in terms of recruiting and coaching for SC. Honestly, those 2 alone easily replace Carroll.

IM kinda starting to like this....As everyone, when I first heard, I was like lol wut. But now with details of Eddy, his pops, and Norm, seriously Lane will be on autopilot.

USC is still talented. I fully expect Ed to lock up any recruits who wer wavering, and he already has the QB for the next 2 years.

Also, since he will be back "home" I really dont see him acting a fool like he did at UT. At UT he NEEDED buzz, he NEEDED to make noise over anything. Now back in Cali, USC is still easily considered top 3 in the conference, I see him mellowing out and getting down to biz..................(maybe lol)
