yeah, to me this is the biggest issue with the whole thing. USC is under investigation for illegal activity, Pete Carroll jumps ship to, at least in some respects, avoid any repercussions...and then USC brings in a guy who basically in his first month on the job got Tennessee put under the NCAA investigation microscope?
