Maybe not...scout's Ohio guy said OSU hasn't been recruiting him for a while, and its really only been Miami since he's been allowed to open things back up...but, OSU came in "#2" when he declared for USC...

If he goes prep, I just don't see him ending up in Miami...the ball just doesn't bounce that way for Miami.

I'm also leery of his dad...there is something about a 35 year old man, trying to still live the dream of being in the rap business and trying to achieve that dream through his son's recruitment to college that I just don't like.

Current enrolled freshman, RS freshmen, sophomores, and RS sophomores would take the penalty to transfer of having to sit out a year. Only Juniors and Seniors (RS or not) are allowed to transfer with no strings attached because they are the only ones who would not be able to see a bowl game if they stayed at USC.

That's what I'm trying to say - I don't think any current USC player should be penalized.
They weren't at the school when all that Reggie Bush crap was going on.
They should be free to transfer without penalty.
