I would say the Haynesworth situation was 50/50 for blame. The Redskins knew what type of player Haynesworth was when he was in Tennessee and they still gave him the worst possible deal if they wanted him to play hard consistently. Yes, it is Haynesworth's job to try hard every play, but when he clearly isn't motivated by championships, you have to motivate him with money and the Redskins blew their load.

And for people saying Haynesworth should give it his all every play no matter what, you clearly are trying to separate football from the real world. In every job, there are people who are content with where they are. Plenty of people in corporations around the globe don't want to work their way up the ladder. They aren't trying to be CEOs, they are trying to get a paycheck and do just enough to not get noticed. Sure, it isn't the most amazing trait to have, but it happens everywhere and Albert is no different.

McNabb is clearly the best QB on the Washington roster. Despite bad play-calling and misuse of players, he has an average season. He was benched for no reason against Detroit and now he is benched for the rest of the season. Shanahan is as dumb as you can be, IMO, but he knows he is given free reign in Denver. I've never seen a guy given so much power for so long because he was able to win 2 Super Bowls 15 years ago.

Fuck that defense. I would not give 2 shits if the entire D was gutted, players, coaches, whoever. Fuck them.

Great numbers he had a better game then EVERYONE thought, but they still lost and he threw the INT at the end of the game to end it. Plus it was the Cowboys not like they are having a typical Cowboy year plus they are 27th ranked vs the pass and 25th overall D
