But you're trying to say you have more of a point because you had as many touchdowns as Al Bundy in high school ... and dismissing everyone else because they're not Al Bundy.

      1. I didn't ever say I played football.

      2. I didn't say I knew any more than anyone else.

      3. You're obviously not getting it.

3a. Nobody knows shit. I find it amusing that so many of you are so confident about how a guy will turn out. Is that ok with you?

      4. You are taking this way too seriously.

      5. Al Bundy had a wife who he fucked, a family, and real life friends. Don't you ever compare yourself to Al Bundy ever again.

Still can't believe Bowers, a guy slated as a consensus number one at first, fell all the way out of the first day. I think my shock lies in the discrepancy and not the level of player. I think there are some legitimate concerns there with the injuries. As far as the packers not picking him, I tried to figure out where they could play him and the only thing I could think of was a situational pass rusher. Situational players are not taken in the first round.

In the end I was hoping for a sexy pick out of Green Bay but I also knew deep down they needed another tackle. Sherrod looks like a good one and he fell to them, so I think it was a good pick.

He compared you to Bundy, not himself. Still applies though.

What need does Julio fill exactly?

As for the Lions, strange pick. It's a sexy pick to think about the potential run defense and QB sacks but how can they pass on a potential franchise left tackle? It's almost as if they like watching Stafford clutching his shoulder.

You've obviously never seen Michael Jenkins play WR.

But I guess I did forget about Harry Douglas, right PT???

Giving up that many picks for a complementary WR is insane ... assuming Cleveland maximizes those picks.

And giving up those picks for the 2nd best WR in the draft is even more insane.

Al Bundy was a god. He once scored 3 touchdowns in 1 game at Polk High. Not even I accomplished that feat.

LOL this is exactly what I'm talking about. How/why are you so sure that he is the 2nd best WR in the draft, Dave?

You are assuming an awful lot. That's all anybody is doing. Yet for some strange reason, some of you sound like you actually think you can predict the future. That's all I'm saying. CARRY ON!!!

Admittedly, I'm not sure of that ... but I am sure of this much - giving up all those draft picks for pretty much any WR is insane.

I thought we would take Aaron Williams, no way we trade up though just not in our blood. I'm confused, but as an organization I trust what we are doing and they know what's goin on.

                              DE- Aaron Smith 13 years
                              DE- Brett Keisel 10 years
                              DE- Nick Eason 9 years
                              DE- Ziggy Hood 3 years
                              T- Casey Hampton 11 years
                              T- Chris Hoke 10 years
                              T- ? Steve McLendon 2 years

Jason Worilds can come down and play DE 2 years

I have really wanted to take secondary last draft and this draft and it is killing us while everyone else in the division is adding WRs.

Ike- FA don't know if he will return, 9 years
                              Gay- 5 years
McFadden- FSU homer and he can play when wants but other times can look completely lost, 7 years
Clark- hard hitter 10 years, gotta upgrade
TP- nuff said when healthy, 9 years

Not if he gets them over the hump.

Matt Ryan threw a pick towards the end of the first half against the Packers last season because he forced a pass to the only WR he trusted. Maybe if he had another threat on the field that could beat a corner like Tramon Williams/Charles Woodson then maybe the Falcons get some points on that drive instead of giving up 7. Maybe they win that game.

Who knows. Certainly not me. And certainly not a guy who weeps and sleeps in a puddle of his own jizz every night!!!
