Thank the haters. Cant blame me this time.
It was a statement only made to point out the obvious gigantic holes in his so called irrefutable evidence. His statement is basically that Freeman can't be on the top 100 list because 95%(bullshit) of the probowl roster is better than he is because Freeman didn't make the probowl. Which is complete horseshit because the probowl roster can only have 3 QBs, and Freeman had plenty of support for the probowl. And he must really suck at math because 95% of 39 = 37 players, and you can have another 37 from the AFC roster as well and that still leaves you with 12 players that didn't make the pro-bowl before Freeman. So if Freeman were close to making the probowl already, it wouldn't be a stretch to say he's 86th.

Warner said he could name 100 players he would rather have on his team than Freeman. It is idiotic to take that many players over a potential franchise QB in a league that shows you over and over how valuable it is to have a first round, blue chip talent at the most important position on the team.Comment

The list is pointless, you can change the bottom 60 to people who arent even on the list. Its just momentary arguments made for whomever comes to mindComment

Value =/= skill.
This is the basic issue with any of these lifts. There are 5 offensive lineman starting for every team, every weeek. There is 1 QB. Any logical, rational list should have damn near that same 5:1 ratio for lineman to QBs.
Looked at from a different perspective, as there are 22 starters you would expect each position to have around 4 representatives, with a few left over spots.
So, is Freeman a top 5 (I'll even give it 6) QB?
In no particular order:
Rodgers
Brees
Brady
Peyton
Rivers
Ryan
Rothlesburger
Vick???
He hasn't done anything to seperate himeslf from the Sanchez or Flacco. It's tough to even put him over a guy like Eli. Just off stats, he's right with Schaub and Orton.
Freeman is somewhere on the fringe of the top 10. Putting him right on par with a top 20 CB, top 30 LB, top 20 DE, top 30 WR, top 10 RB, top 10 center ect ect.
Putting him rihgt on the fringe of the top 200 players. Since the AFC>NFC, I think it's pretty fair to say that he is on the outside looking in on the top 100 NFC players.Comment
