The other two are from Cleveland, not Columbus. Ohio is a hot bed of talent no doubt, but what OSU had was able to draw all over country namely get some of those kids from the speed state. OSU fan still get talent from Ohio, just not those top tier players. No question OSU is going to have a rough couple years.

Considering that the most egregious charges leveled against Ohio State were the ones that involved Tressel lying to investigators, Tressel hiding information, Tressel not taking disciplinary action, etc., I don't think anyone in their right mind would have a similar "falling on the sword for OSU" point of view.

Although its been proven time and time again that Gordon Gee, Ohio State athletics, and Jim Tressel are the dregs of society...I could not find fault with Tressel when the story first came out, because he can't be expected to control the actions of his players. But the cover-up by Tressel that came out later is indefensible. Tressel proved with Clarett that he has no problems in turning a player in for his indiscretions, so I highly doubt that Tressel was "looking out for his players". Tressel just wanted the best lineup on the field so he could win games.

All of Tressel's actions are those of a self-centered person.

Could not a agree more. Tressel should ahve sat them and maybe he would have saved some face. The entire roster should should be pissed at these fuck ups.

I imagine they will get similar sanctions to USC, but shouldn't OSU's be worse for creating an atmosphere of non-compliance? USC got busted over OJ Mayo and Reggie Bush. OSU now has 28 players involved in this investigation...

Oh, and Pryor showed up to a team meeting on Monday with a new 350Z with temporary tags AND it was discovered today that he's been driving for two weeks with a suspended license.

Dude does not give a fuck...

When he decided to return to school I knew college life must have been great to him. Not that he would have been a high pick (or picked at all), but he never came across to me as someone who wanted to be in school for 4 years. I guess the getting was so good at Ohio State that he decided to get it while he could. The joke of "he'd take a paycut going pro" that people used with Cam Newton certainly applies with Pryor, because I don't see him having any sort of professional NFL career.

                        I thought it was a used 2007.

Either way still a car well beyond what should be his means..but I didn't think it was brand new..and no..Pryor doesn't care. If some of the comments by teammates regarding Pryor are true he has some guys on the team pretty pissed at him.

We're gunna get atleast a 3 year post-season ban and lots of scholarships taken away I bet. NCAA has to set an example. FML.
