I hope Shanahan stays long enough to be able to go after free agents without this huge cap penalty. I like the direction the team is heading and could see a playoff run in the next 2-3 years tops

I agree with you, I think Snyder is going to be patient. Just look at the roster Shanahan inherited, and how many players are left on it from when he took over? The team was in terrible shape, and had no depth. The past couple drafts have netted some good depth, the Redskins just have to continue on course.

Tough break for Meriweather, who did well from what I heard in the first half, but tore his ACL in a non-contact play in the third quarter- in his right knee, just after the left one healed.

RGIII under a lot of pressure early. Redskins defense needs to put some pressure on Romo.

Aldrick Robinson making up for his mistakes earlier in the year. Dude has great speed and finally concentrated to make the big catch.

too bad the Giants beat the Packers to a pulp last night. the division would have been that much closer

RGIII on a hot streak playing a game at home that could decide the division. Should be the game to watch this coming week.

Going to be a hopping Fed Ex Field that night. I just hope that we don't have too many fair-weather fans selling off to Giants fans like we seem to have for other big division games. Not that Giants fans are as obnoxious at Fed Ex as Philly or Dallas fans, but there needs to be a strong Redskins showing, take back the home field advantage we used to have under Gibbs.

I'll be supporting the team from somewhere in downtown Annapolis. Hope you guys have a blast.

RGIII is the most accurate passer for the Redskins since Sammy Baugh

RGIII may be the best all around QB i have ever seen on Redskins.......maybe even MVP of the year. just continues to make HUGE plays on offense every game..........

                          great win tonight............

I am sure. The RGIII chants at the end of the game were heard on TV.

If the Redskins make the playoffs, he could very well be MVP. The Peyton Manning bandwagon would be in full effect, but if the Redskins could continue winning and sneak into a playoff spot, RGIII has to garner some consideration.

Though I will say this, Alfred Morris was the MVP last night.

ehhhhh......i would say RGIII gets a notch over Morris. Morris getting the 1st down to end the game was big but only compensation for his Fumble in the 3rd qtr.
RGIII made all things possible on his big runs, the TD pass which gave us the lead and accurate passes. not to mention he does it every game

the Ravens on Sunday is huge for a playoff run tho.
