Tebow is overrated, but watching his 4th quarter comebacks is not.

I personally don't care much about him....he is in the NFC far away from the Giants. When running is one of your strongest point as a QB in the NFL.....it usually doesn't equate into success in the long run.

People do. Von Miller is playing lights out, he's making that defense exciting to watch.

Well against the WORST pass defense in football Tebow was 11/22 194 0 TDS.

The lst 4 weeks vs the NE Pass Defense...

          Grossman - 19/32 252 2 TDS
          Orlovsoky - 30/37 353 2 TDS
          Palko - 24/37 230 2 TDS
          Sanchez - 20/39 306 1 TD

I was expecting much more from Tebow through the air.....

I wish Tebow had more TV commercials.

I would argue that Tebow's success has brought MORE attention to guys like Von Miller and Willis McGahee. If the Broncos were 4-10 right now and floundering with Brady Quinn at QB, I would guess that very few people would know who Von Miller was, and most people would have thought that McGahee had retired.

I am very impressed with his running ability....it's crazy how guys cant tackle this white boy but he needed to throw more in the 2nd half and score quickly to get his team in better position. I guess it didn't really matter Brady was not to be stopped that game anyway.

Also Von Miller and WM get plenty of cred. Irvin in particular said that McGahee is as much the driving force as Tebow is.
The VY hype was alive and well, he got his own shoe with Reebok was on a national marketing tear equal to Tebow's currently. I remember the backlash and people being so butthurt when Merril Hoge criticized VY when every other analyst and commentator was sucking him off every chance they got.

Tebow is a positive story, people are always bitching that the media only covers negative events and uses fear tactics. Well now they are covering a delightful young fellow and people are still getting pissed. You will never make everyone happy.

I remember at the start of this year when some of the media was anti-Tebow, because they said he "wasn't doing enough" to stop the people from wanting him to be the starter over Kyle Orton.

I think a lot of it had to do with the way the game played out in the 2nd and 3rd quarter though. They only had 7 plays in the 2nd quarter and 12 plays in the 3rd. It was pretty much controlled by the Patriots. I know it was 33 mins to 26 mins in terms of possession but it just felt like outside of the 4th quarter due to slacking up the Patriots defense just controlled posession for a large majority.

At this point I'm more sick of hearing people complain that they are sick of Tebow. I'm also sick of people recycling jokes that have been all over twitter for weeks just to dupe oblivious old people like Dave into giving a cheap thanks.

there is no way the vy hype was equal to tebow

and whether its a positive or negative story the media is obnoxious in how they go about reporting it
