It's funny that you say I'm "the exact kind of casual fan this Tebowmania shit is custom tailored for." When you're the person who tunes into Sportscenter and complains about who is and isn't getting the worthless attention from the media.

I'm not tired of him, but I do feel bad for his receivers who, in this particular game played fucking great (Thomas in particular) and will be a footnote at best (more likely they won't be mentioned at all).

No, I am not tired of pretty much the only interesting thing in the NFL this year.

I stand by my original statement, but I was backing him today as I am not a fan of the Steelers

Tebow played well today. Not going to make excuses.

I still think dude is shit QB though, not a long term solution and Denver is going to end up stuck with him now.

Its kind of funny how the NFL is such a "groupthink" league. If a QB is supposed to be good, then he can have numerous bad games in a row and people won't bat an eye. But if a QB isn't supposed to be good, then the moment he has a bad game you get people saying "this guy has no business being in the NFL!".

Tebow had a bad game against KC, and a good game against Pitt. Sometimes QBs do that. Even Football Outsiders knows that!

The God stuff is cringe worthy most of the time.

Also amazed no one has brought up how his sect basically hates gays etc. Surprised no one has brougth this up and taken him to task or talked to him about it.

Probably because most people hate gays as well?....j/k

Tebow is a sports story, so unless he makes it to a SB I doubt anyone would ask him right after a game as the context would be a bit off. Also, regardless of his QB abilities most people actually like Tebow, so they wouldn't ask questions that would put him in a bad light.

The "We Love you Tebow" song or whatever when Tebow was walking into the stadium was an odd cult like moment.
