Believe me, I would like nothing better than to rail on Tom Brady today. I hate that fuck face.

But my opinion of Brady is no different today than it was yesterday. I wanted him to fail on that final drive, but as soon as the Pats had those two drops, I knew Brady was off the hook. I can't rip him. I just can't.

With the margin between winning and losing being so small in these games, it's amazing to me how people give so much credit to the winning QB's and so much blame to the losing QB's, with so little regard to the overall performance and the actions of the other players. It really is astounding.
Hey Dwight Clark, nice fucking catch....

Is it ok to call Montana the GOAT now?

        Brady isnt even Joe Montanya
        Very true.

He threw the ball so hard into the chest of a Bengals DB that Joe Cool knew the DB wouldn't be able to make the catch.

Branches ball was deflected by rolle....actually it went right through Rolle's hands. Hernandez dropped a 10 yard pass that could have turned into more. He turned his head upfield right before securing the ball.

For what it's worth, my opinion hasn't changed on Tom Brady at all. He's still the 2nd best QB of all time..next to Montana...

So, metaphorically speaking, our physiology basically has the universe mapped out and you're thinking it needs to be taught addition & subtraction.

                      Bye i clew, moran...

You were trumpting the throws...both weren't the most accurate, although Montana's had more purpose to it (the purpose was to throw it high and away) and was caught by a 6-4 guy, while the other was erratic to a 5-8 guy.

I just don't see the comparison, especially when you are comparing the throws.

Brady just didn't deliver on the throw...he's capable of better. On the flip side, Manning threw a gem of a pass to Manningham on the very next drive. The difference in those two throws ended up being the difference in the ball game.

A lot of people think Montana was throwing that ball away. Even Montana himself smirks and ducks the question when people ask him about that play.

There were two guys right on Hernandez on that one.

Branch had forever to run if he is able to hold on to that ball even though Rolle got a piece of it. That likely puts New England at or near midfield right away

I don't think we'll ever know...but it kind of makes the play that much greater.
