Chiefs need to pull the trigger on this. I don't care what it takes.
Shocker: Rams to trade #2 pick

Not an impossible task. Only way I see you missing on him is if the Browns want to fuck you all over for trading the 2 to the Skins. Bucs can use a WR but I just dont see us passing on Claiborne and the Vikes passing on Kahlil.

I can see the Skins being more willing than anyone else to five up two first rounders and two or three additional picks to get RG3.
I'm torn about it though. On the one hand, he could be their franchise QB for the next ten years which is not good. We've come to expect them being malcontent with their signal caller (the fact Grossman beat the Giants twice this year notwithstanding).
On the other hand, them sending away a significant group of picks to St. Louis would almost certainly guarantee them being relatively shit the next couple seasons....with Eli in his prime.
Make it happen I guess. Plus, St. Louis with all these picks should be able to compete right away with SF.
There is still a couple different ways free agency can play out, too. The Redskins may end up with Carl Nicks, negating the need to focus much on the offensive line. Or, they could address the secondary in free agency and not need those selections.
Either way, there is no way the Redskins give up that many picks to move up. At least, I hope they don't/Comment

If the Browns were to take Claiborne we go Blackmon or Richardson.

2009 he seemed to rally us late in the season and played very well, 5 starts, 1,000 yds, almost 62% completion, 8 TDs, 2 Int.
Gives the Panthers hope, talk around the team that they shouldn't take Clausen, Moore is the future, we can win with him. He comes back in another 5 starts, 55% completion, 850 yards, 5 TDs and 10 Int. The guy is inconsistent and mentally fragile. Don't be ok with him, be furious that fans think he can be serviceable. Watch his complete meltdown in the 2010 opener against the Giants, I was flipping the fuck out.
I think Reiff could jump into top 5... and I have an odd feeling that Claiborne will be out of it.Comment

Id be totally ok with that if we somehow landed Manningham, all I know is we need a CB desperately. Ronde may be shown the door if he doesnt retire and Aqib may be in jail next season if not let go by the new regime. Without those 2 we are the absolute worst secondary in the league, wast too far off with them. Lewis, Biggers and Mack are awful.

Like the Redskins, for the Browns to move anything but two firsts and a player is a stupid decision. Too many holes elsewhere, even in a quarterback driven league.Comment

Dont be surprised to see a FA CB or two come to Tampa either, you got the money to spend and I'm sure the new regime doesn't want to feel forced to take Claiborne with that pick. Use FA to make that a BPA instead of a need.Comment
