IMO, this was all public relations.

Chad Johnson may be a bit goofy, but he's never committed an illegal act (as far as I know) until this alleged illegal act.

And the woman complained of assault after Johnson said he wanted to be a porn actor.

Frankly, this entire situation is fishy.

If Johnson were Dez Bryant or Pacman, fine ... cut him. But this was a first-time allegation, give the guy the benefit of the fucking doubt ... or at least the benefit of proof.

Not only is Johnson a fucking lunatic, but combine the fact that he put his hands (or forehead) on a woman with the fact that he can't play anymore, and what is the point of keeping him around?
