Im a bit annoyed at the "execution" style tag. Guy had multiple clumsy gunshots to arm and chest. I always thought execution style was on knees and bullet to the head..this was more of a "whatchu say bout my momma" style murder.

Right now the prosecution has all the pieces of the puzzle, but, they need to put it together. I think he is guilty as hell, but, as of now, the theory of the case is all they have right now. That being said, we are in the early stages of the discovery phase and I am sure there is a lot we are not privy too.
