The Cowboys made a pretty impressive comeback against the Rams. I was hoping that Southern Miss alum Austin Davis could hold on to that lead but they folded down the stretch.

      NFL Week 3 Random Thoughts

Cousins sucks - he is not the answer. rather have a, "less than %100" RGIII than a good 2nd string QB

3rd & 14, inside your own 15, up 6, 3:20min left to go = call a PA Pass and Cancel. *its Legit, so no needless complaining

Pretty awful watch for the Bills today. Chargers converted what it seemed like every 3rd & long to keep long drives going. Rivers played great getting the ball out instead of getting sacked or throwing it away. EJ didn't look too bad in the 1st half but the 2nd half was another story. I would like to see some passes thrown that are over 10 yards once in a while.

Bills can easily get back to 3-1 @ Houston next week but I'm leaning towards the Texans after today's offensive performance.

Awful reffing...Cowboys got two gifts and Seahawks just got robbed of a turnover.

???? RG3 hasn't had a game in 2 years like Cousins has as the starter each week. He gives you a chance to win. RG3 is a hell of a good dude and great in the community but his days as a starter are very numbered. I wouldn't consider him more than average.

What an amazing drive by the Broncos for the TD and 2 point conversion!

I see where the RG3 supporters are coming from, but lets see how Cousins does before we say Gruden shouldn't start Cousins when RG3 returns. This was only Cousins fifth career start, and as a whole, it was impressive. If he has four games where he fails to lead a comeback and repeats the last drive, then by all means, he hasn't earned the spot.

Who knows how serious this ankle injury is going to be, and if it is serious, how will injuries to each leg affect him moving forward? Lots of questions still need to be answered.

What's up with Jared Cook shoving Austin Davis on the sideline? It's not Davis' fault that Cook dropped a TD pass that would have likely led to the Rams winning the game

The best thing I can take out of the whole thing is how quickly veteran William Hayes came to Davis' defense. If you see the entire clip you can actually see Cook bowing down to him really quick after he turns around. You can really see the leadership and hierarchy in that locker room. That's that kind of leadership you want not only in the locker room but also in your line of work (whatever that might be).

That was good to see. It looked like Davis was coming up to Cook to shake his hand and tell him not to beat himself up over the drop so that's what kind of caught me off guard about it.

That call against Willis in the SF/Ari game was ridiculous.
