Huge deal with the NHL and NBC. 10 years, 100 gamea a season. Good move by the NHL. Finally he did something right.

That does sound quite nice, also cool to see Bettman not crawl back in bed with ESPN after they told the NHL to piss in the wind.

3-4 games a week on NBC is pretty huge for the regular season. Then all of the playoffs on top of that.

Just hope they don't show the same teams all the time. NBC hockey is always New York, Washington, Chicago, Philly and Pittsburgh. So hopefully they do more then just those five teams. Of course that is the NHL putting those games on a Sunday all the time.

Oh lets be real here. You basically have Pittsburgh and Washington viewing rights for the season and anytime Chicago plays Detroit.

Still good to have it on TV. People will be confused as fuck when they see intermission highlights though. Who the fuck is that Avalanche team? There's hockey teams in California? Canada has more than 2 teams, WTF?! The NHL must have doubled it's teams for this year!
