He is unhappy about his contract, but, that doesn't really matter. With an uncapped year coming and a change to the UFA rules, Ruud would only be a RFA anyway.

I was high on Ruud heading into this season, but, he isn't the same without Brooks. Sure, he still racks up tons of tackles, but, the guy doesn't make plays and is easily overpowered. It was my fault for overlooking the total value of Brooks. The guy is a completely different player without Brooks with him.

Merriman is still a possibility, but, a long one. I don't see it happening. Also, Gruden was limited in what he could acquire in terms of personnel. Seeing this Bucs team now just shows you how good of a coach Gruden was. He made chicken salad out of chicken shit. The Glazers have spent the least amount of money on player acquisition than any other team in the NFL since 2004.

Ruud needs an additional impact player next to him to be truly effective. I think the trade value for him is at its highest now. As for Freeman, I said it when he was drafted - the kid is not a franchise quarterback. He was a reach and it still may be the worst pick in franchise history. As for where he is...he's usually on the bench, not involved or talking to coaches and busy cracking jokes. Word is that the coaching staff isn't "happy" about his progression thus far and he hasn't been able to pick up even basic NFL coverages and offensive reads. It'll just be another instance in where I can say "I told you so" down the road.

Also, don't be shocked if the Bucs trade their 2010 1st round pick. The Glazers are not spending money anymore and I can guarantee you that they did not expect the drop-off in terms of on-field performance when they fired Gruden and hired Morris. Fact is, they likely won't want to invest the money that comes with a signing bonus for a top 5 pick. I wouldn't be shocked if the pick was traded.

Detroit is the definition of idiot? Make some sense. You sound mad because Chicago gave up a first day pick for a lazy player who's done nothing. Lions fans can't comment on that just because the Lions suck?

How am I mad? Read my previous post. I think it was a good trade for Chicago, IMO. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I'm right. Who knows?

Now read his post. he called Chicago Idiots, when Detroit went how many years of Matt Millen's idiot ass?

They've done it three times now this year.

No one really knows how its gunna play out tho do they? We won't know for maybe a year or two. Prime example. Cedric Benson, didn't do shit in chicago or his 1st year in Cincy now he's tearing it up. Maybe it'll end up being good maybe not, he's still a young player so his past play isn't indicative of what he may end up doing. He could get much better, or he could tank, we'll just have to wait and see

I think this trade is good for the Bears. He's back to a cover 2 and i think the Bears defensive line coach (Rod Marinelli) will really help him out and turn his career around. Gaines Adams is so fast off the edge as well. I this was a very nice trade for the Bears and in the end will be worth the 2nd round pick.

So, because our team isn't good we can't comment on other moves around the NFL? Thats retarded.

Anyone know what Gaines Adams rating was in Madden this year? I think zack attack went and checked his rating, then got all excited.

                              Never said that.

Dont call a team stupid, when your team has been the shit of the NFL the last couple years.

Yeah, we did. And you know what, dummy? Nobody in Detroit liked it. When and if he traded a 2nd round pick for some loser, we didn't all jump up and down about it like your faggot ass is doing.
