Bret Hart

Physical Appearance / Look / Character - 8/10
Covered up his body most of the time, so it was hard to tell, but it's obvious he was in great shape. He had both a distinct look (the pink tights, long wet hair) and character.

Ability to Talk/Sell Yourself - 8/10
I always saw Hart as the 3rd best of his generation. He was no Stone Cold or HBK where selling himself was concerned. Hell, he wasn't even Kevin Nash or Scott Hall. Bret Hart didn't excite people the way those other guys did - and isn't that what selling yourself is about? Frankly, I thought his off-work interviews (while whiny as hell) were more interesting. That said, you can't deny the man his place in history.

In-Ring Work - 9/10
You can't deny his in-ring skills. The only thing missing for me here are spectacular aerials or feats of strength. Bret Hart was a great in-ring worker, but for me, he was no Ricky Steamboat ... and, frankly, I preferred Curt Hennig.

Danielson, on this scale, IMO, rates awful.

His look is average or worse.
His ability to put himself over is probably average.
His work is a legit 10, and honestly, I'd probably want to bump him to an 11 or 12 just to boost the total. On a scale like this, he'd rate below a guy like Rick Rude, IMO.

Danielson knows what he is and has sneaky charisma. His facial expressions and mannerisms are top notch. His promos are better than average. They are off the charts using the John Morrison/Bobby Eaton curve.

You and I are definitely high end Heyman marks...

Do you know he absolutely LOVES Orton...probably not for what he is, but for what Heyman thinks he could make him?

Yeah, well, just like with Rhyno, Heyman is wrong.

Mic Work: 3/10 Huss! Huss! Huss!

Ring Work: 3/10 This guy pretty much just walked around the ring screaming "HUSS" over and over and throw the occasional clothesline and body block.

The Ayatollah of Rock'n'Rolla

Physical Appearance / Look / Character - 7/10. I prefer the long hair and ridiculous goatee.
Ability to Talk/Sell Yourself - 10/10. I'm not going to split hairs between a Jericho 10 and a Flair 10. 10 it is. One of the best of all-time. Fuck you if you disagree.
In-Ring Work - 9/10. Never or very rarely has a bad match. However, as has been mentioned, lacks that "moment" match that defines him in the ring. I gave Savage an 8 for some reason, so I'll have to change Savage's 8 to a 9. A guy who is just outside that elite group of workers...still great. A W2BTD 25-10 type of guy on the ring work scale.

Elijah Burke is one of the most underutilized wrestlers in the United States right this very second. He's stuck in that shit hole known as TNA.

Same can be said for Bobby Roode, whose been stuck there and on the top of my most underutilized wrestlers for like 8 years now. That guy should have had the rocket ship put on his back with a Shane Douglas length title run in TNA after Team Canada broke up. Instead, they pushed Petey fucking Williams and Eric Young. LOL.
