They did test them for something, but I don't know what exactly. Probably recreational drugs I guess.

There might not be gov regulation, but the fighters did have to give urine samples.

Last I heard (second hand from a former UFC guy who's fought in Japan a few times) they do actually test. They just don't care if you test positive. Which doesn't make all that much sense, but apparently that's how Sengok does it...?

No suspensions, no consequences. So what's the point?

              No , it isnt.

Unless you can afford the bevy of doctors to monitor your usage for the entire time your on them and your OK with the idea of nonexistent self produced testosterone production in your older years then yeah I guess theyre "safe".

If used properly, they're relatively safe. Nothing is completely safe KOF.

Most people just use natural test boosters now anyway which is very safe and effective.

MMANews.com can confirm that JZ Cavalcante will be returning to action in September to take on Eddie Alvarez in light weight action at DREAM 11 in Japan.

Cavalcante's management confirmed the bout with MMANews.com earlier today.

The bout will take place on September 23rd in Tokyo on a card that will also feature the semi finals of the DREAM Featherweight Grand Prix.

Cavalcante, 14-3-1, will look to get back to his winning ways after suffering two straight losses to Shinya Aoki and Tatsuya Kawajiri. Injuries have plague the stand out 155lber, he has only fought 3 time since New Years Eve in 2007.

Alvarez, holds an 18-2 record, and is hot off winning the Bellator Fight Championships Lightweight tournament this past weekend.

The two fighters have fought a who's who of top lightweights and both are typically ranked in the top ten lightweights in the world.

If Eddie beats JZ he is easily a top 5 LW in the world to go along with BJ, Aoki, Hansen, etc...

I dont think many can match wins at 155 against Hansen, Kawajiri and JZ, only losses are to Aoki and Nick Thompson at 170

                                PPV. $29.95 on DirecTV.

I want to order this, but I already ordered UFC 99, I'm definately ordering UFC 100, and I will probably order Affliction. UFC 101 looks good, too.

                                Expensive sport to follow.
