        Based on the referee's positioning I think it's unlikely he would have seen the handball, and the linesman didn't put his flag up. So I can totally see why Clattenburg let play continue. The linesman probably said it was a handball when he came over to discuss things, but at that point I'm not sure you can reverse the goal by conventional law.
