No man, I'm with you. I've never been impressed by Pepe. Ramos doesn't really try that hard to defend. Metzelder is an oaf. He's effective if he's surrounded by other talented players who can cover up his weaknesses, but Real doesn't have that. Not exactly a rock-solid defense.

Nice try Glaswegian person, (I realise Grosso plays left back and Johnson "plays" right back) but my point was I'd much rather pay €2m for a full back with talent than £18m for an absolute piece of shit.

So if you only get 1 or 2 seasons out of Grosso, at those prices you can get 9 different talented full backs for the same price as 1 retard.
