Looks like RVP tore ligaments in his ankle. There wasn't anything obvious that seemed to cause it on the tackle, but I guess that's how it works when you're RVP.

Just saw this scroll on the bottom line and did some looking up on the web. I've spent time in Ireland so I have a soft spot for this team. Henry is one of my favorite soccer players, but what he did was a blatant hand ball. Kind of pisses me off that they don't have replay in a sport like this. Watched a clip from RTE2 and they were discussing the need for replay where managers get 1 per game. They were saying how all major sports in Europe, cricket, rugby, tennis, and those in the U.S. all have replay, why doesn't the worlds most popular sport have it. Brought up a good point.

It's been obvious for a while that some sort of technology is needed. This season seems to have been rather bad already

I've seen so many people bashing Henry but you really got to blame the linesmen and ref for missing that one.
