I'm going to give the guy credit, he's embraced being a fool on Twitter and at least he stays relevant that way. Too bad he will never get past the Goldberg chants, even if they trash the Ryback character or he goes to another promotion.

So a few days ago was anniversary of the debut of the Big Show. Shit like this just takes me back to the glory days of WWF/WWE and how there were so many classic moments.

The Attitude Era doesn't hold up very well, but this is a good example of what worked. How many people watching knew that Big Show would be debuting back then? The internet community has done one bad thing to wrestling that most anyone can agree with, and that's that people know what is coming now. It's rare to pull off a return or debut like that any more. They were lucky to keep Jericho's Rumble return last year a secret.

The word making the rounds at this weekend's WWE live events is that CM Punk was officially given his release from WWE on Friday, according to PWInsider.

As this time, we are unable to confirm that the rumors are true. It's worth noting that Punk is still featured on the WWE roster page on their official website. Additionally, PWInsider notes that people that are close to Punk have told them he is "done."

Shocked they are giving Titus O’Neil something for once, and guess what he's running with it. The guy is everything Ryback wishes he was, he has the look and the charisma he should have gotten a push 2-3 years ago.
