Obviously Pearce thinks AmDrag is as good as gone, because all he does is job lately.

More ROH/ECW parellels...the Tyler Black long title quest is just like the RVD storyline, and I bet just like RVD, he never ends up winning it (WWECW dosen't count, you dorks).

sidenote-American Wolves are fucking awesome. Modern day British Bulldogs, with a heel edge.

Edwards is alright in the ring (sucks on the mic, check out the latest ROH videowire) but Richards is definitely fucking awesome.

Richards is one of my top 3 pro wrestlers for the first half of the year (KENTA, Nakajima, then Richards). He's nothing short of awesome.

Edwards is really coming into his own, you should see his NOAH stuff. Steals the show working underneath vs. undercard junior guys like Aoki, Hirayanagi, Ota, etc. Same for Bobby Fish, another underated guy who ROH uses as a jobber.

Case in point...Bigpapa, you were at the Houston show where KENTA & Davey Richards tore the house down. By far the best match of the night. Well, Pearce laced into both guys after the match, because they "did too much", which I guess meant it was too hard for the main event to follow.

That's utter bullshit. In the Sapolsky era, everyone was encouraged to have the best match possible. It catered to a niche audience, but at least it was some sort of audience....the Pearce toned down, screwjob laden, "less is more" booking appeals to no one.

Sapolsky was critisized for burning out crowds with loaded shows that ran too long. But hey, I'd rather be burnt out than bored. I never felt ripped off after a Gabe show. The Pearce shows are straight up trash.

Attendance is in the toilet, they've dropped PPV, and the hardcore audience is completely turned off by the Pearce product. Mark Cuban supposedly turned them down to buy a piece of the company, so yeah, they are probably pretty much fucked.

Exactly! The shows I went to before were just balls to the wall from beginning to end, which definitely tired you out a bit and typically the main event was a little "meh" but that was fine with me because you felt like you were getting your moneys worth either way.

The last show I went to was just straight boredom, the crowd was dead, nobody was into it. It picked up in the main event, but you use to know going to an ROH event you were going to get 5-6 good matches... I'd rather have that, then 5-6 mediocre matches and 1 HOT main event.

So they are done for sure in ROH? Or they going to do both?

no no, they're not done with ROH.

They're working any company they choose.

Oh okay, but still that's major. I've already made plans to be available for the Chicago show. Did they mention a venue, my work internet is blocking their site.

Hmmm... the Congress Theater? That's a pretty odd place to have a wrestling event, but whatever.

That venue will hold 200 ppl, tops. Unless they're planning on fwrestling on stage.

Yeah, I'm not sure what their thought is on that. If you've ever been you know what the place is like. Granted it has balconies but you aren't getting more than 200-300 people in there unless you're going to have people sitting on the stage.

GA seating on the stage, more than likely. ROH does that at Hammerstein.

:-/ that'd be kinda crappy. There's over 100 different, better venues in Chicago... why the hell would they chose a theater?

                                But whatever.
