The other chick was Naomi from FCW/NXT.

They signed the girl off TUFENGH pretty quickly after she was cut from the show (may have already been signed by then, too).

      NO sense.

They give everyone on that show a shot to develop. Except Matt Cross, I guess.

They didn't even sign the guy who came in 2nd (you know, the guy who SHOULD have won).

Or the Martin guy who showed some promise before getting injured.

I think I speak for everyone when I say Brodus Clay is the best thing to happen to wrestling since the Boogeyman.

Matt Cross & Martin were the best workers, and I believe they were the only two who never ended up in Florida.

Luke had the most charisma and could talk, and was gone after the finale never to be seen again.

The hillbilly guy who was friends with Luke was the best combination of work/charisma/look, and he lasted about a month in Florida.

So the four best people on the show basically got no chance, but MELINA VS ALICIA FOX is on TV, the two other awful girls are in FCW, and the big stiff who won is still kicking around, but with a new name so nobody will remember he existed.

Oh, and...good little column by Kevin Kelly.

I start Mondays with Hoarders and then Intervention on A&E. By the end of those shows, I feel so good about myself. But I want to suggest a show for the WWE Network called “WWE Therapy”, where people who used to work there live in a group home setting and talk about how messed up […]

I still wish we had the chance to see Austin Aries learning how to back bump from Hugh Morris, and how to promo from Trish Stratus. Would have been amazing television, watching him do armdrag spots with MELINA VS ALICIA FOX GIRL.

I look forward to not DLing Brodus Clay for my copy of WWE '12.

The Godfather should come back and challenge The Funkasaurus to a "Pimps and Hoes" Mixed Tag match.

Surely, there's a "Diva" that'll bend over and dress slutty for TV time, right.

                      Also of note:

                      -Jeri-Crybaby lacked oomph
-Crazy R-Truth made me mark for a one-off ring announcer who took a bump well... good show
-I give less than a Seventh of a fuck for Kane/Cena if it doesn't end in an Inferno Match..

So, I'm on a kick of re-watching the WWE DVD releases and today's entry was the WCCW DVD.

A brutal retrospect. Brutal as in brutally honest by a lot of people. Kevin Von Erich and Gary Hart really go hard on this one. Very enjoyable in its honesty and their openness about the drugs and the lifestyle and tragedy of this family. Kevin pulls not a single punch and doesn't flinch. Gotta be the best interview of any WWE DVD release, Kevin's interview.

                              - If you combined David's in-ring skills and charisma with Kerry Von Erich's look and "it factor" with Kevin's ability to stay alive you might have one of the greats.

                              - I mean, after complaining about Michael Hayes on every DVD, this was probably not the DVD to watch. He stroked his dick as well as that of the Freebirds more than I think I ever could have handled for a second time. Listen, I think Hayes and the Freebirds were great, but fuck man, shut the fuck up about it.

                              - They didn't focus too much on the actual downfall of the company, but I guess, with all of these folks dying, talking about the oil industry is just second fiddle.

Its really tough to nitpick the good stuff here, as they talked about a lot of wrestlers that made World Class a good promotion in the early 80's. Maybe after I smile again, because fuck this DVD is sad as fuck.

Larry, have you see the other World Class doc? I always forget what it's called. 'Heroes of World Class' or something (Empire, help me here). It was independently produced, and it was great.
