Try something different, Vince. Throw out the writers... just let the talent go out do their thing. Have the producers give them the basics and let them go. It can't be any more boring and mundane than the shit the writers are coming up with.

Honestly, both TNA and WWE could go with having a fan or two sit in on the brainstorming sessions each year. You can make it be the same people, or switch them out after a couple months, but the point remains having a couple people who can provide a fresh perspective and what the fans want to hear. You dont have to give them real power, but at least listen on it.
