NXT was awesome this week and it hardly had anything to do with the girls. Best episode ever.
CM Punk + Michael Cole on commentary = GOLD. So many quotables.

Less than 10% of the votes from the region and dropped from next year’s balloting: Cowboy Bob Ellis, Yukon Eric, Bearcat Wright, Cibernetico, Dr. Wagner Jr., Giant Haystacks
ADDED TO THE BALLOT NEXT YEAR: Spyros Arion, Batista, Ray Gunkel
*******
Kensuke Sasaki, who tied with The Assassins in missing by three votes last year, fell out of contention this year. I can’t really come up with a logical reason, because he continued to headline and had some strong main event matches. What appeared to happen is that the addition of Steve Williams took him out of the position of being in many people’s eyes the strongest Japanese name on the ballot. In fact, all of the Japanese candidates fell in this election, including Seiji Sakaguchi, Volk Han and Kiyoshi Tamura. For Han and Tamura, the latter of whom was a strong contender to get in when he first appeared on the ballot, what is killing them is that their style of wrestling is gone and each year that goes by, they are remembered less and less.

Current wrestlers & reporters think Sasake belongs, old timers & historians don't. This leads me to believe he will get in eventually, as the old timers die, & the current wrestlers become former wrestlers. He missed by 3% last year.
