no mention of Returning a week after MITB, the Nash Angle, Jobbing to Hunter, and not main eventing despite being Champion..
wouldve been Nice to hear especially after the commentary about his 1st WHC reign

Watched the first half hour of it, just seeing IWA footage of Hero and Punk and then the 03-05 ROH footage....
I wonder how much of the WWE DVD buying audience is going to watch this and not have a god damned clue who Samoa Joe is when (I think it was) Cabana first mentions him.

Jonny Fairplay @JonnyFairplay
“@Charlton_Hero: HEY @JonnyFairplay are u the leader of Aces and 8s?” Yes
Well, that would be awesome. I think Fairplay is a top notch slimeball heel manager.Comment

Read Steen v. Elgin was very good with an awesome post-match shenanigan with Generico's mask.Comment

Warner...
It seems the first PPV of the new-Delirious regime wasn't bad...but the first big move was to bring back Generico...
Thoughts on the direction?
Last I read was that they were looking to have Steen-Lethal in the main event at Final Battle...surely, Generico-Steen with the belt on the line is much much better direction.Comment

The extras of the Punk DVD/blu ray are awesome....one of the discs, he talks about the time he broke his skull wrestling Reckless Youth in Jersey. They showed footage, too. It happens on a botched neckbreaker...but later in the match, Punk does a flip dive to the outside with not an ounce of padding on whatever material the floor was made of. Insane.
Interesting was the part Heyman, Punk and Hayes talk about the infamous December to Dismember show. Hayes says he was the guy who disagreed with them in that it wasn't Punk's time and instead, went with Lashley. Vince had to have been the guy behind that so I'll assume Hayes was just playing politics if what he says is true.
for Punk getting a shout out to KENTA, too.
And them talking about Brent Albright came out of left field. Always surprised he hit the glass ceiling in WWE then had his little run in ROH (the pop when he beat Pearce for the NWA title was nuts). What's he up to these days?

Ryback says "I feel I'm a better athlete and wrestler than Goldberg ever was..." That's a pretty dumb statement coming from a guy who gets winded 4 minutes into a match.Comment
