If I'm right in my assumptions, then Maddox narc'ing on Heyman sending The Shield out to beat up The Rock would constitute tampering with the "product" being the "WWE".

As such, he could effectively ban him from any building that shows off the product to the pay customer.

It'd be the same as "firing" somebody on the TV show because that can last from a day to a week to however long a wrestler needs to do something off-camera in the real world.
