Vince: Christian? He's too ugly to be a top guy!

While I know he isn't going to win, seeing "Mr. No Days Off" Darren Young get some TV time makes me happy.

The Prime Time Players are basically the jobber tag team now that the Usos are getting the rub from the Divas show... A lot more dues to be paid (although I'm sure Vince won't give them a chance) but it'll be worth it to see.

That and getting to square up against a legend (He's a legend, right?) like Rob Van Dam isn't that bad of a deal either.

PTP's do nothing for me. I don't know why.

Other than the lack of an official entrance as of late (a JTTS staple), I'd imagine the problem being a lack of a complete offense (lots of power game stuff, some decent double team moves when they're allowed to by Vince but no official chains) and the personalities that show a lot of confidence but nothing to show for it.

It doesn't help that their mouthpiece got himself fired over making a stupid comment and then got blacklisted by being stupider on Twitter.

These dudes could be the next Harlem Heat but they need a manager to get them over the hump and showcase WHY they're worth million of dollars... millions and millions and billions of dollars...

Unfortunately, Heyman's busy, Vickie's back to being a GM, Striker's in the indies/unemployed and any of the divas that could do it for TV time have worse charisma than a wet paper bag.

They will never do it, but the Miz could get them over. Do a program similar to the WWE'12 game, and have him essentially running a stable. It would be gold with him predominantly on the mic, and it wouldn't be too farfetched if/when he had to step in the ring with someone.

              They don't let'em run.

Like 3MB would be great bottom of the card heels. They aren't great workers, but they have a good goofy gimmick that would get over on SMS or something. A good jobber tag team if they ever get tag teams really running again. With The Shield, The Wyatt's, The Ascension and the unnamed Southern Tag Team in the pipeline along with the Uso's, PTP, Real Americans, Epico/Primo, Tons of Funk, Neville/TTPotM and when he returns Tyson Kidd/Justin Gabriel...the WWE has a good group of Tag Teams under their umbrella...they could utilize a team like the PTP more...they have an entertainment value...it wouldn't be with your demographic, but its there.

When they've given Titus O'Neill some rope, he's really done a good job bringing some urban humor the show. The Pancake Patterson skit was never capitalized on...that was some gold there...touches into the same market that Uncle Drew or Grandmama did.

At tonight's TNA house show in Cape Girardeau, MO, that was scheduled to start a few minutes ago, road agent Pat Kenney came out at the start of the show and announce that roughly half the wrestlers who were scheduled would not be allowed to work due to commission licensing issues. They are offering both refunds, and for those who don't take refunds, a free fan interaction with all the wrestlers.
                Christ.

                  Seriously, why bother?

Decent indies draw better crowds than this. Stay in your lane, TNA.

Wrestling Is Terrible .... now in the defense is this before or after they announced half the crew would not be working?

Look at the arena layout, even if it was a packed house that's still, what, 300-500 tops?

Wrestling Is A Really Dumb Business Idea Unless It Was To Prevent An Ex-Wife From Taking Assets

                          Although per Reddit:

During the end of the Hell Monkey and #13 match for control of Dr. Cube's posse, Sekmet came out, gave everyone chokeslams, and commanded some of Dr. Cube's minions to bring out a jewelery case sized box. He seemed like he was controlling these minions and they were revering the box, so it leads me to believe that the Eye of Tyr was inside. If the Eye of Tyr is really making a reappearance, this could mean big things for the Kaiju/CHIKARA universe. After the show I even asked Louden Noxious (Gavin Loudspeaker) if he could confirm or deny what was in the box and he gave me a shrug. A shrug like I was onto something. Or that could just be me. I don't know. I'm still marking out pretty hard right now even as I type this. Sorry for the long post. And sorry for anyone who was there who had to witness my high pitched freak out screams (I was the guy in the Ultramantis Black shirt).
aka The Eye of Tyr potentially just made a reappearance in Kaiju Big Battel, which could mean big things for the Kaiju/CHIKARA universe.

Here's some more details on what happened:

The TNA live event in Cape Girardeau, Missouri started last night with a TNA agent coming out and announcing that Chris Sabin, Garett Bischoff, Jay Bradley, Wes Brisco, Gail Kim and Miss Tessmacher would not be allowed to compete by the Missouri Athletic Commission because they did not have licenses to wrestle.
Around 500 fans were in attendance for the 90 minute show. The card featured just 5 matches and 3 of those 5 featured the same four wrestlers. Quick results look like this:
                              Bully Ray beat James Storm
                              Devon beat Gunner
                              Samoa Joe beat Bobby Roode
Gunner and James Storm beat Ray and Devon
                              Jeff Hardy beat Kurt Angle
TNA officials tried to make up for the problems by inviting all fans backstage after the show to meet wrestlers for free. However, Jeff Hardy charged $20 for a photo and fans could not get his autograph. This led to some of the people that paid $65 for VIP tickets to be upset that fans were getting what they paid for for free.

                                That is brutal.

The house shows that TNA have, typically have the same rotation of guys...usually 5-6 matches, always well under 2 hours (pushing it closer to 90m most often), with an intermission.
